At Rasta Roast, we want you to love every sip. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately can’t accept returns on coffee once it’s been opened. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual good-vibes standard, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund:
Email us at [your email] with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo if applicable. We’ll get back to you within 2 working days to sort things out.

Branded merchandise (like mugs or cups) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
